I-Amoxicillin yi-penicillin ebanzi ene-semisynthetic enesenzo sokubulala iintsholongwane ezichasene ne-Gram-positive kunye ne-Gram-negative bacteria. Uluhlu lwesiphumo lubandakanya iCampylobacter, iClostridium, iCorynebacterium, i-E. coli, i-Erysipelothrix, i-Haemophilus, i-Pasteurella, i-Salmonella, i-penicillinase negative Staphylococcus kunye ne-Streptococcus spp. Isenzo se-bactericidal sibangelwa ukuvinjelwa kwe-cell wall synthesis. I-Amoxicillin ikhutshwa ikakhulu kumchamo. Inxalenye enkulu inokukhutshelwa kwi-bile.

Usulelo lwesisu, ukuphefumla kunye nomchamo olubangelwa yi-amoxicillin ebuthathaka kwi-micro-organisms, efana neCampylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, penicillinase negative Staphylococcus kunye neStreptococcus spp. amathole, iinkomo, iibhokhwe, iigusha neehagu.

Contra-Izalathisi:
Hypersensitivity kwi-amoxicillin.
Ulawulo kwizilwanyana ezinokukhubazeka okukhulu komsebenzi wezintso.
Ukulawulwa ngaxeshanye kwe-tetracyclines, i-chloramphenicol, i-macrolides kunye ne-lincosamides.
